I got to a point where I couldnt concentrate on anything for long too many tabs open, both literally and mentally. I needed a way to reset and structure my days better. Found The Liven App and started using it for daily reflections and habit tracking. Its surprisingly grounding. Helped me notice what drains my energy and what actually helps me feel focused again.
