There have been a few reports of clients or jobs not showing up in there respective lists. This is due to an issue with using numbers as a client/agency name. For example if your client is "1800 Flowers" the client or any job with that client name will not be seen in the open job window or the client window.
This has been fixed in version 4.02. It was a minor issue with where Blinkbid looked at ASCII values.
